So Tridude,

Do you think the little extras like Jet flaps, blow outs and tear away tabs on the bridle won't be enough to keep Flysurfer ahead in the game ?

I'm still so Love struck with the 7 Pulse you sold me that I'm finding it hard to understand how you could find the Neo better ? I'm excited to try one myself !

FWIW, there is a channel inside the trailing edge and the kite is shaped to move sand and water to the tips, where there are dirt out opennings. If you get a lot of water in it, as can happen from a nose down landing on the water and then let it drag, then open the dirt-outs and fly it that way for few minutes to completely dry the inside.
There are no pressure flaps, but Jan Hendrick openned up the kite at the deflation zipper and showed me all the reinforcements they added at the profiles, plus a couple of heavy dacron tapes that run spanwise for further reinforcement. It was impressive.

no question flysurfer have all the bells and whistles, and a super lineup but..................... their LIMFAC will always be price. Now its possible for someone who cant or wont drop $2k into a kite, the opportunity to purchase a closed cell for $500 to a $1000 bucks cheaper without a compromise in quality or performance. HQ have given consumers another option in the closed cell market, and good on them. I mean think about it, all the R&D, testing, and marketing involved knowing whats already out there. Pretty damn ballsie I think and even with all the bells and whistles, the Neo has it on the lower end, just my opinion.............

i agree with that! around $1,100.00US for a NEW 14m closed cell kite, def. dropped in with a powerful, twitch- free product at the right $, it got my attention.
