yes I can read it although my French translations aren't the best.
He has a large collection of kites that he inherited and is looking to give them all away and can't understand why nobody is taking him up on it ....

Dave, When I get postal junkmail..theres a way to fix them too.
Assume they give you that free postage return envelope inside-"No postage necessary if mailed in US"....
Take junkmail pc #1...fill it out with company's return address from another(#2) different pc. of junkmail. Fill out junkmail#2 with company
address from #1. Now mail.
Now they're junk mailing each other.
Another more fun meaner variation:
Just take the free return envelope and fill it with whatever you want -like a poem, dirty joke, weird saying..whatever you want them to read. Just
dont include the form they wanted you to fill out/buy/register and send back. Maybe you can make the mailroom person who open's your letter smile?
But wait. The company pays the postage plus any additional weight over standard(1 oz.).
So what you do is add a bunch of flat metal(washers, etc.) to add weight and the company has to pay even more $ for that return envelope! REVENGE!
Ahhhhhhhh!
