with the price of gas right now... 50 cents should cover it....

It's greatly appreciated. Hope to see ya out there soon.

Jim
I am sure I can give you the 3oz of gas it takes to get there. but for trade off you have to give me the gas it takes me to get there. its like NAFTA Fair trade act. OR a 10M RM+ in trade will work for me. LOL
See ya in the morning

I'll probably stay down in manzo. I'm out next weekend so I need to spend some time with the kids. Got skunked yesterday, too gusty down here. First I've ever had that on the coast :) It was blowing from 11 to 32  Hopefully I'll get a little water time today in the steady wind ;)

How's sunset beach look? We got a bunch of sand blown dunes in the middle of the beach down here; about 1-3ft high. Don't know how long they'll last but they look perfect for jumping!

jellis - 19-7-2009 at 11:45 AM

Hey Jim can you stop by and pick me up as I am out of gas also. By the way Jim mentioned you were elected as mayor of Sunset Beach, well I am here to tell you I was self appointed as Governor of Sunset Beach and therefore I have right away when bugging here.

It was a pretty nice day at Sunset yesterday but it was a bit foggy on Friday. Thought about coming down your way on Friday, but with the miles I have put in this last week and a half, I just couldn't muster up the ambition to get behind the wheel again.

Oh brother!!! Both of you are wacked!! Think that's way I get along with both of you (Jim and Jon) so well!!

was a fantastic day in manzanita... but a bit windy for the buggy, well at least for me... late morning was 23/28 but afternoon was 32/38 :0 I ended going out on the water with my 7. first time I had it out and I was surprised I had to have it 7/8's powered to get good pull. no holes, guess I really am that heavy ;) but that makese think it will be a great high wind atb kite!

anyone go out to sunset? I'll have to post a pic of the beach here, the wind blown dunes in the middle of the beach are pretty wild!

sunset-Jim - 19-7-2009 at 09:33 PM

Ya, (since I did get some help with gas money, Thanks Brian and Kristy) and it was a great day, blowin mostly between 15 and 20 or so. Had a good crowd out and the skies were looking pretty good with all the added colors.

arkay - 19-7-2009 at 11:03 PM

Wow, I'm surprised it was half as windy up there. Sounds like perfect wind for the buggy!

sunset-Jim - 19-7-2009 at 11:07 PM

For buggy and the water. Probably close to a dozen out on the water today too. Nobody felt short changed today, that's for sure.

USA_Eli_A - 20-7-2009 at 01:28 PM

15-20 is perfect 3 kite sport day. I'm bummed I couldn't get there. Point sailing sounds nice right about now. Oh. well later in the week the swell increases! ttl

archkiter - 20-7-2009 at 04:21 PM

was a fun day indeed....

will post some vids soon from the new hero cam. murphy's law didn't fail me... had a nice OBE while filming! .... note to self, do not try to adjust your helmet while buggying + filming in strong winds!

sunset-Jim - 20-7-2009 at 05:50 PM

anxiously waiting for that video

vwbrian - 21-7-2009 at 11:11 AM

I left my rubber mallet at the beach let me know if anyone finds it,

jellis - 22-7-2009 at 09:22 AM

What's the rubber mallet for? Adjusting your hero cam? :D

vwbrian - 23-7-2009 at 10:01 AM

It's for taking the Peter Lynn buggy apart to fit in the car. the rear tubes that connect to the axle had to be welded and now it is a very tight fit. If it won't work
USE A BIGGER HAMMER
