as far as i know they are the only shop in that area, so good call, never been there myself but they have been around for a long time. Alternatly,
you could also see if any gorge schools would be willing to come out or have reccomendations. My instructor from the gorge is just chomping at the
bit for a lesson in manzanita.

The guy from discover kites might come down from seaside to do a lesson. You might ask. A local guy said that there is a nice bay area in lincoln
city to learn in.

The North end of the Siletz Bay would be a good choice except when the tide is turning to high tide. The water there can become swift, and pull you
out through the jaws rather quickly.
