Nice....

...green wheels those are!!

;-)

Ocean winds and grass riding surface - that's a great spot.

Is it always that empty or do the crowds clear out once you set up?

Keep riding! :wee: :smug:

That's around 4pm after work. Crowds clear for dinner time and return around 5 or so. :bigok: green tires are pretty rad . That was the maiden ride. Grass was dry and managed to get some power slides.

Both times I have watched your stuff I have been thinking. This kid would be going much higher and floating a lot longer on my Syn. I can just tell.

Great job as it is !!!! :bigok:

^^^^^what he said^^^^^

well done fella. reminds me of me a while back.

a little tip, i see you have a orange spike. when you set up your camera, use the spike as the centre of the frame and aim to do your jumps over it. and vary the angles acround the spike, then when you edit it you can switch between angles to give it a varied look.

Awesome Video Carl, I will def take your advice on that. looks so much more interesting.

I want to soooo get down a 360 like you in the videos. any advice??? I keep chickening out. :bird:

carltb - 22-8-2009 at 02:31 AM

yeah. at the beggining its all about commitment. start the 360 as you leave the ground and look over the back shoulder. so if you are travelling from left to right and want to spin a front 360. send your kite as for a normal jump but start to twist forward on take off. look over your right shoulder and your head will take you round. do not look back as this will probably kill the rotation and things will end badly. to start off just do them low and fast then gradually higher and slower.
