Hi, How would one go about measuring wind speeds without any tools? or even just predicting how strong the wind speed is.
I can judge wind speeds but my judgment is rubbish.
Any tips or tricks?

I think it's Coastal Wind Sports homepage, has a page about Beaufort scales estimation ...

With all due props to Angus, I have always been kind of partial to this one:

It's useful, while still maintaining a sense of whimsy :wee:

Beaufort is alright. Get yourself a good wind meter such as the Lacrosse wind meter. I have one and its great and water resistant.
