have any of you folks tried the snowboarding part of wii fit?
i was curious how close the physics of this game are to riding a real board? well at least the balance part of it?
can anyone compare the two...?

havent played it... and while it may be really fun... i really doubt it is anything like the real thing. the wii is fun in its own right,
but none of the sport games are anything like playing the real sport

I love my Wii but to be honest I only truly love the newly relased Tennis Games, Zelda, Mario Kart, and Guitar Hero Stuff. I have Rented the
snowboard stuff and it's mostly just for balance and switching your weight from one side of the board to another. Just like guiar hero it gives you
this false sence of being this incredible guitar hero <---pffft :P but all your really doing is matching colors and having great
coordination...
I think the balance board does excel in the Work out Stuff and yoga. makes it fun

YUP,
I have just bought the new Active Life for the kiteboarding game as well.
My only board experience is with kites. Nothing on Wii is perfect but I am having a hoot with Wii fit. GAWD I need WIND !!!!!!
The balance board and fact you rotate it into a logical position make it semi worth while.
The kitesurfing on Active Life is WAY less real and less worth the money.
Cripes ..... what's my age again ????

yeah, that's kinda what i thought. i am looking forward to trying a board soon and was just wondering if the sense of balance was anything close to
the real thing...

cheezy,
I have a Wii with most balance board games which is a lot of fun on windless days but an Indo Board gives a good all around workout. Check out
YouTube, there are a lot of vids on the Indo Board. Just my 2 cents worth...
