check this site http://www.jensonusa.com/store/sub/354-Protective+Gear.aspx I got some knee/shin protection for 19 bucks. And I needed some pads for my custom
bug, so I bought some top tube pads on clearance for 99 cents apiece. They work perfectly Thought I would pass the word to my kiter "family".
sorry, didn't mean to make a poll, but lets see how many people need gear anywayflexiblade - 10-9-2009 at 06:42 PM

I found it while looking for pads for bicycle top tubes. I have ordered from them and all was good. They had such a selection of product choices ,I
had to share.Luke S. - 10-9-2009 at 08:08 PM
The Hillbilly crash pants are epic, I don't fly without them now.
You will need a set of oversized pants to get them under, and end up with a booty like J. Lo but landing on our butt is no big thing.
The quality of the pants are great, am sure the rest of their body armor is cool also.kandrey89 - 11-9-2009 at 01:31 AM
Wow, thanks for the link.
BTW any idea what the diameter is for the Inner Diameter opening of the grips for the bike? I was wondering if they would fit a 3/4" diameter Schedule
40 PVC Pipe I want to make for my handles.furbowski - 11-9-2009 at 01:39 AM
I've added handlebar grip tape to most of my handles, there's a quality stuff that is springy but not spongey, doesn't absorb water/sweat, and has a
super sticky double-sided tape on the back for installation, also don't need to worry about getting the diameter right. It usually comes in rolls a
bit bigger than a can of shoeshine, 1 roll will do two handles, or one if you need to bulk it up a lot.
No good for body armor tho, just for handles. but the tape works on anything round, if the size of the grips above is not right, give that tape a
try.
The good stuff can be expensive though.indigo_wolf - 11-9-2009 at 02:16 AM
