As im new to this site i would say " HI "
My name is Sean and im from Peterborough, england, Uk.
I'm 36 years young
I have been flying for about a year or so.
I have a 4.9m fusion, 3m cyclone, and 1.6m delta stunt kite.
I also have a abush board.
I have been TRYING to learn boarding in about 3 days with about 6 hours per day weather permiting.
And yes in still learning not to fall over when i redirect my kite to the other way.sp4cem0nkey - 16-9-2009 at 03:45 PM
Greetings, Sean!
I'm also 30-something and just getting started at kite landboarding!
Wind conditions here have been flaky at best, but I'm hoping to get going on the board with my 8m Synergy for the first time today.
Good luck and keep up posted on your progress!sean1972 - 16-9-2009 at 04:36 PM
Hi
At the moment the winds around here are to strong for my skill level with my board so i'm only going out in 10-13mph winds.
At the mo they are about 16+ so i have to wait a bit and read the weather site alot and cross my fingers.
It dont help i have a other half and 2 young kids 3 & 4 years old.
They do like to nag when i want to go out on my own to fly ect...
But i'll keep going out and learning more and more as time gose on.
I'll keep you all updated as and when i can.carltb - 16-9-2009 at 04:41 PM

Welcome to the forum. Look forward to the updates on your progress.
First tip: Keep the "other half" happy. Take her and the kids occasionally - everybody loves to fly a kite!WIllardTheGrey - 17-9-2009 at 02:10 AM
^^^ good advice. I was a fool and didn't include the wife at first now she hates kites and calls my buggy "The *&%^@#* Mistress":embarrased:Drewculous - 17-9-2009 at 10:31 AM
