Are you talking about Windtoys, the old german company that made foils, first land and then water? If so, yes.
Or a retailer called Windtoys, that sells kites? If so, no.

I always make a point of phoning and speaking to a company before I order anything online.
And I never buy anything on eBay if the seller cant write an advert without spelling mistakes.. or "wivout using txt spk"

Lol, yeah i tried calling them all day on wednesday, only to get their answering machine, after that i sent them a messege asking about the kite i
wanted only to find out it got sold that same day.
