19M Venom I

Todd - 23-9-2009 at 07:19 PM

Must be in red/yellow flame and good condition.

Excellent to good condition meaning:

Not too faded
No damage or repairs
Kite only cool
Crisp is even cooler
Bag without names inked in with a sharpie a huge plus

AND a seller whom is willing to ship or purchase in person within a reasonable driving distance.:lol::duh::duh:

This is a serious post and I would pay good money for the kite that meets an excellent to good rating.

Thank you.

That wouldn't be a longterm vision to sharpie your name on the bag. Maybe a luggage tag would be more appropriate?

Yes, apparently Eburne must have gone through life with their underwear marked as a kid.

knock it off guys. everyone go back to their corners and take a deep breath. Good kites come up all the time but not every one is right for you.

:puzzled: Where did that one come from Angus? I'll take a picture of the bag tomorrow with the sharpie scribed name.

I'm in search of a 19M Venom which I stated before that's in excellent condition and that's it no matter who has one.

This is what I'm talking about...

I am looking for a 19M in excellent to good shape PLUS a bag that is in good shape. Does that make better sense?

BeamerBob - 25-9-2009 at 06:15 AM

You know you can order a brand new bag for most arcs going as far back as Venom II.

Really? Thanks Bob, I didn't see the Phantom bag listed.

furbowski - 25-9-2009 at 07:32 AM

isn't the phantom an earlier kite than the v ii?

Kamikuza - 25-9-2009 at 07:33 AM

Yes but it doesnt look to me like the bag design has changed much :dunno:

furbowski - 25-9-2009 at 07:45 AM

just hope they make the bag for it, then!

not that i would know what the bag would look like lol.

I like mine though i can just about pack my whole FB quiver in it too LOL.

BeamerBob - 25-9-2009 at 07:48 AM

The venom II is two versions newer than the phantom thus unavailable to buy a new Phantom bag. I'd rather have the wrong bag than no bag or a really nasty one.

furbowski - 25-9-2009 at 07:49 AM

thread watchers of the world UNITE!

LOL

action jackson - 25-9-2009 at 07:53 AM

BeamerBob - 25-9-2009 at 08:01 AM

Shipped from where and does that affect availability?

action jackson - 25-9-2009 at 08:13 AM

You could order from Jenny at PLK factory but postage would be stupid!...........aj

Todd - 7-10-2009 at 07:29 AM

I have what you are looking for--and my bag has never been used! i make sausage bags for my kites and put the back pack in the garage. My backpack is either in the attic or garage and has no sharpie marks at all. the kite is the same as you ask. I have not used it much at all. I did sew the TET (trailing edge tuck) and it has the straps shortened as prescribed by Bob Dawson--but not a permanent shortening--just a string tie. i'll try to attach a pic but if it's too large send me email and i'll email them to you.
