How often do you make it over to Ohio? Kitejumper and I meet almost every weekend, mostly up at Maumee Bay in Oregon, OH. Maumee bay is going to be great once the lake freezes over, and there's a huge pond that is regularly used by wind surfers. It would be possible to get an LEI on that pond, but it's a sure things when it freezes over. If you're out this way give either of us a shout.

I live in central Kansas. You ever make it over here?

Kitejumper maybe we will take a trip out there. I've never flown on snow before, so that night be interesting

i only seem to make it to ohio about once a year, i am due in the next few months.

central kansas is a lot more doable. i am actually gonna be in kc this weekend, maybe get as far as topeka but it's for an event in overland park so i have to stay in the area.

i will be in seattle for 2 weeks in march. where are you at in oregon? portland is just a few hours away and seems to be some good kiting out there. i would love to take you up on that!

I'm assuming this question was aimed at me... I think you misread a bit. Kitejumper and I are in Oregon, OH, which is right by Toledo. Sorry to get your hopes up.

Nebraska Represent, LOL!

little more out-west, then mid-west... but we actually have a good kitesurfing spot out this way if you ever make it. A few guys from colorado come up here to fly from time to time. Plus endless fields once the snow starts falling.

Anyways, catch ya round!
