Just Curious

Hello everybody, I was just wondering if any of you have done business with http://www.kiteboarding.com. I was going to purchase some gear off of there website so I emailed them and I have yet to receive a response in two business days. Is this a decent website?

Many Thanks,
Sean

They occassionally get busy.

I expect there is a glitch, they are handling an event, or they are hammered with customers.

The site is attached to ProKiteSurf and FixMyKite. Both are run by Jeff Howard who has been in some flavor of kiting for quite a while and has a fine rep.

A quick phone call could very quickly set your mind at ease.

Sam

Wow; they are a very credible source and operate FixMyKite.com, who provides factory warranty repair work for just about every brand. That's where I send my customers for repair work.

Give them a call. People know me to respond to customers quickly, but it can happen to the best of us every great once in a great long while when we step in dog crap, get distracted and mis-file an e-mail or lose a phone message. Call them and give them a a chance to rebound.

EDIT: Looks like Sam and I were typing at the same time
