Good on you and congrats. When's the hitchin'?

FloRider - 28-12-2009 at 01:30 PM

Drew you were in Phoenix and didn't try to hit anyone up for kiting? I'd love to go ATB with you next time I used to live in Peoria right next to Flemmings but never had the $$$ to go. I'm glad you liked it.

Congrats

Congrats to you and your fiance, now the planning begins! I remember my engagement like it was yesterday, that was 11 years ago. My wife and I used to go to Arizona every year, always flew into Tucson and stayed in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Some really beautiful country there, especially north around Sedona. Never spent much time in the Pheonix area, we usually just drove thru on our way north. My wife isn't much of a big city girl, she prefers the small desert towns. If we are ever in the Pheonix area we might just have to make a pit stop at Flemings, were suckers for nice restaurants.

Take care,
Rob

Are you scoping out honeymoon locales that are kite friendly? :saint:

Buy lots of kites and gear before you get married. Go to Maui for kiteboarding lessons. Get her hooked on kiting or pay the fiddler. Going kiting again, you don't love me anymore. Anyway good luck Drew, get off that computer and turn the light out.

arkay - 29-12-2009 at 09:46 AM

Congrats!!! Glad she is currently friendly to kiting :) Maui and the north shore of kawaii (anini) are great kite spots with good instructors. Now the interesting question, does she / will she kite? :wee:

PHREERIDER - 29-12-2009 at 10:56 AM

She is cool with your kiting because she knows there will be diamonds in her future. Just giving you a hard time. The best to you both.
