Lucky me, I had a Seizure at work. The good part I am off work till May, and have insurance so I don't starve to death. the bad part, the dr. said
no driving till May. Haven't been able to get out because I need a ride to get my gear anywhere. Have a new buggy that I have had out once, . I like time off work, but not like this:sniff:

Wow, sorry to hear that man... that's really unfortunate. You're going to have to find something to keep yourself occupied with all that time off, or
you'll go nuts.

Well after I had TBI and a 5 year recovery my parents got me into kiting.
Oh crap you already do that.
The next best thing is long distance primative hiking. Maybe not. :puzzled:
Well I wish you best. And I feel your frustrasions.

Where is fountain hills? Maybe you can convince someone that lives around you to pick you up and go fly a kite.

So Slasher how about an update on how things are going for you? And did you find a friend to transport you to a place to fly?
I am sure I speak for many when I say I wish you the best in your forced down time. And 6 months seems like a lifetime. But it will pass quick once
you get your mind wrapped around something fun.
Good luck and let us know.
Thanks, Dave.

I'm hangin in there. Getting schedules to mesh to get out to the field is kinda rough. I still have flight benefits, so getting somewhere from PHX
isn't hard. It just the expenses once I get there that are.

Hey man. Hope you recover quick!
If I was you I would pack my camping gear, get a ride to a kitespot, Put the tent up and live to fly
ok I would probably head off to get more food and take a shower sometimes!!!
hope you find some kind person to drive you, dude
