12m or 15 synergy?
-Gusty inland winds
-I weigh 130 lbs
-Fly in winds ranging from 12-20 knots with lots of gusts (the gusts may be 10-15 knots greater than the actual wind speed)
-I don't mind trimming the kite down all the way and changing all the settings on those high wind days
-Using it for land and water
I know I posted this topic before but I really wanted to see it in a poll and I still can't seem to figure out which one would be best.

I vote for 24m :D

you are too light for a 15m. not a matter of choice. pure physics. in 15-20 the 12m will be a lot for you to hold down

Yup,
With those gusts my vote went for the 12.
Sorry, I wasn't listening to your wind speeds and suggesting the 15 on our winds. Ours are lighter and more steady.

Just curious who put in a vote for the 15 and why would it be a better choice over the 12?

that 's a 50 meter and what a cozy ride it would be
lad - 30-12-2009 at 01:46 PM
you'd get a "cozy' ride for sure....not to mention a soft, cozy landing somewhere in Madagascar!
