When I was younger I once took an old windbreaker that my dad had from when he was a lifeguard and hooked the hood under the nose of the skateboard
and held up the bottom corners with my arms to create a sail. Winds were 40+ or something that day. I got rolling pretty well, maybe that was the

we had buggy races last nabx with chairs,usa against canadians they won .that was one wicked windy day.something to do before the dutch broke the
