Anyone going again this year? (Angus, Corey?)
Anyone staying over into the next week? (I might not be able to make it until after the weekend, if at all)
Big, hard-packed beach and gulf breezes. Mostly Sport Kite events, but Buggy/Kiteboard friendly and spacious.
Forecast predicts an end to the coldsnap, with temp approaching 70 this weekend (albeit w/ chance of showers or cloudiness)
I can stand to get away from my own coldsnap here!
(but some family matters might prevent me from getting down there so soon now).

Bummer, no, I can't make it this year. It is a great event though and I'll miss everybody. It's always been a favorite of mine.

I will be stopping by at sometime this weekend. I went a few weeks ago and did close to 40mph on that beach!.....ajlad - 12-1-2010 at 11:32 PM
Dang! I was hoping to see Angus this year if I make it down...but, if I meet Action Jackson - it will be a good consolation prize! :bigok:action jackson - 18-1-2010 at 07:48 PM
Lad it was great meeting you and was stoked that you got your first park and ride experience with the 12m phantom! It was nice to make long runs
down the coast line. I am sure you doubled your skills after dealing with a beach full of tourist and single line kites. Good
Times!........................ajlad - 18-1-2010 at 08:29 PM
It eclipsed Wildwood - I'm staying over for another day or two (sure beats freezing at the Bowl, not that I don't miss the gang!)action jackson - 18-1-2010 at 08:40 PM
Winds look lite for the next few days but Thursday should be excellent for the H2o. If I see p/u enough tommarrow I might take the kitecat out
for a run. Do you want to try it out?.............ajlad - 19-1-2010 at 01:16 PM
