I got my GoPro HD Hero for Christmas and I've been dieing to get some kite videos with it, but I have had a serious lack of time and wind cooperation.
So I took my board with a friend and hit some hills to try out the camera. I love it.

I was shooting in R4 mode, the default setting out of the package. Do you perfer r2?

I had to send the camera back. I noticed a small white spot in the frames in R2 setting which is HD 30 fps. Gopro will send me a new one. Your
surroundings are really neat.
Im at the coast line here in VA on the Chesapeake Bay

Nice video...I love that area...used to spend quite a bit of time there. On that last trail, was that A mountain in the background? Go Devils!!!

Good eye lunchbox. That last part did have a glimps or two of "A" mountain. It's a mile from where I work.

Landscape is great for downhill, but not as awesome as Colorado from what I hear. I just wish I had more wind so I could make a "A Few Big Airs"
