FULLSCREEN PROBLEM SOLVED===

1. Right-click in the standard streaming video window (non-full
screen).
2. Choose 'Settings...' from the Flash Player's pop-up menu.

I had the same problem as well... And for the life of me could not figure it out. I uninstalled (or at least thought I did in "Uninstall Programs") Flash and reinstalled it to no avail. Then I stumbled upon another site that led me to a solution.

Turned out that you need to reinstall Flash 10 or newer; but with a special uninstaller.

Download a Flash uninstalled from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html.
Close All IE windows
Run the uninstaller
Goto http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and reinstall the Flash player again.
I went through those steps and it worked for me. Good luck!

2. Reset IE7 Settings
1) Click Start button-> Control Panel.
2) Change to Classic View on the left pane and double-click the Internet Options icon.
3) On the Security tab, click Default level button for each icon in the Select a zone to view or change security settings.
4) Click to Programs tab, and then click the Make default button if it is not grayed out.
5) Click to Advanced tab, click Restore advanced settings button in the Settings area.
6) Click the Reset button in the Reset Internet Explorer settings area and Click OK.
7) Click Apply, and then click OK.

I hope one of those helps you out, but I would advise clicking the italic link at the top of each quote and reading it all the way through before making any changes.

Good-luck, I hate it when peaple mess with the setings on my computer:mad::megan:.

EDIT/ what is that blocked eye in the bottom right of your IE, sorry if its a stupid question but I haven't used IE in years, right now I'm using Chrome on Ubuntu.
