Is it my imagination or does it seem like everytime you see something like this, it sounds like the wind is ripping the foam off the mic on the video
camera? Do people just think it's morally wrong to go out in lighter winds during your initial flights?
I'll fess up and admit we did some questionable things growing up, but pretty much all of them put us in harm's way, while leaving bystanders alone to
sort out what the hell we were thinking, in case things went really South.
I still have no recollection of what led us to believe that a steam cannon wouldn't come back to bite us.... probably the boredom of being stuck on
an island.

This one sure is a good case for the kite killer crowd.
Say what you will about the flying the choice of location wasn't so bone headed. The general rule is 200 yards down wind and they had all of that
before the road. I think he got dragged 150 before letting go!
