I'm 16 years old and 150lbs, and I am very interested in buying a kite. I am looking for a kite that has a good amount of lift and enough power for
scudding. The kite should also leave me options to use with an ATB. Should I get a 4 line kite that is: 3m or 4m?

Very good place to start. If you want lift, you need a blade or ozone's new Riot. I have not flown a riot yet, but the blades are awesome. A 3-4
meter would be a good place to start, and take it in light winds to start.
