They have a special 'flight parS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K- near my old house and they used to fly all kinds of cool looking RC planes and copters but I have
never seen anything that cool before...I remember someone mentioning that some of these planes could cost up to 50K...If that is true, this one has
got to be close to that....be interesting to find out though.sunset-Jim - 3-3-2010 at 08:42 AM

The SR71 looks underpowered to me and isn't that B-29 the one that crashed?
Too much money involved for it no to be towing me along or lobbing me into the air or something rocfighter - 4-3-2010 at 07:16 PM
No skud marks = No fun :moon:Hardrock - 4-3-2010 at 07:27 PM
Kami, you need one of those planes from when we held on to a handle and flew in circles. Gas powered and kept you spinning around pretty quick.
Out of two planes I must of got to fly in fifteen circles and all that was left was a box of pieces. indigo_wolf - 4-3-2010 at 08:05 PM
Very, very cool sound on the SR-71.
I was surprised at the short distance from taxi to flight.
I was expecting it to be faster though.
A Miglet/XPD-8 clocks in at around 80mph and it's electric :wow:

I'm actually old enough to remember and actually have seen one of those planes on a handle ... and when I was a kid, I made one out of cardboard :D

That fan system is very much the same idea but higher end as the pump in my fishtank filter. But with bearings instead of water lubed
