So I have this useless 4m legend that was great out of the box but the the bridle got all stretched out of shape......well now I have a new 4m buster
II and the thing is way better.....but does any body know how to re-bridle or at least fix the bridle of a kite. without the bridle specs...pansh
doesn't care......I just don't know which lines are right and which are stretched...some of the lines seem real spongy..and others are stiff...I'm
sure it was a case of the pansh company's notorious quality...but this would be a good tinkering project...the wing is still crispy even from a few
years ago...

You mite have heard this already but the best way to fix the bridle is with a pair of scissors and a torch 
I would not even try to intellectually answer your question, not worth being a Pansh dealer, let alone a Pansh owner. Send it back to Pansh, COD.

ooh tricky!
I'd try hanging in on the ceiling on its bridle so you can see which lines are stretched.
And the put little knots in the lines that don't support the wing when hanging to get everything tight (supporting the wing).
then experiment by adding or taking out knots untill it flies right. (very time consuming)
When it flies right measure and replace with dyneema.
