Since I finally had to fix the buggy seat. Wile it was off I fixed up the cart wheels and gave the buggy a couple coats of paint. I started with spray
on bedlinen for a base coat. I picked up the front wheel & tire today so as soon as WG finishes the front fork(Thanks Again) I'l be good to go
the old cart tires were so dry-rotted I thought they were going to explode when I put air in them so I got some new ones.
Almost can't call it a Rockville any more

Hey Silver I like the idea of bed liner for an undercoat. We do the insides of our trucks and jeeps with it too. stands up to the mess we make and
washes off easy with a hose!!popeyethewelder - 25-3-2010 at 12:13 PM

3/4 inchWELDNGOD - 1-4-2010 at 06:30 PM
Hey Nick, your forks are done. Sorry it took so long , but I had a TOP PRIORITY job that had to be done before I can take the time to piddle w/ the
buggy stuff . here is a pic .
I sprayed em w/ etching primer since you want to paint them. But they are 316 stainless steel, so they won't rust .

gift from the (WELDN) gods All painted. Last pieces parts arriving tomorrow. Small snag with the side rail covers, I neglected to include the over lap
of the velcro but I have a fixsilvereaglekiter - 8-4-2010 at 04:23 PM
You called it WG the tire was a tight fit, I had to shorten the head of the bolt so it won't rub.
their are a few cosmetic things left but that's pretty much it.WELDNGOD - 8-4-2010 at 04:47 PM

Looks great...
Question- how do you like the finish of the bed-liner? is it smooth or textured..? (okay two ?'S) i was thinking of using it myself... silvereaglekiter - 9-4-2010 at 04:32 AM
The $10.00 can from northern had good texture. That covered the rails & 2 wheels The $7.00 can from Lowes was smother/less textured That went on 1
wheel, front forks & tough up. We'll see how well it holds up at WildWoodsilvereaglekiter - 10-4-2010 at 10:13 AM
