If the holes and repairs aren't too significant and don't affect flying too much and the lines aren't worn out, then yes. Sounds like a good deal unless there are negatives you haven't mentioned.

If it's anyone on here I'd bet it's a good deal  I've got some lovely kites at great prices thanks to this lot.

Ditto to what Bob said - KO $400 would be a good price if the kite was in great shape - a few pinholes, $370, a repair $340, missing spars $260, kite ripped in half and called 2 9.5m's $0.

If you really want an arc then I'd pull the trigger on that deal - keep in mind if your using it on land it will be a serious handful around 15mph winds - on water 12mph is when it would start getting fun.

Hey kami you should look on Aussie Kite forums for good deals

I picked a PL guerilla !0m for 300 AUD

dylanj423 - 8-4-2010 at 10:01 PM

yes, thats a good deal... but it may not be the right kite for your winds... i kite at galveston, and for land, i use my 15 more than anything else, the 19 would be ideal for water, though... i weigh 190 and thats my experience

anything over 15 mph on land, and the 19's got to go

I'm going to assume that because you said bar, it's going to come with the lines as well. If everything is in good shape...no rips, tears or repairs or if the repair was very minor, then yes, $400 sounds like a good deal...

You may find this a bit big and slow turning for a 1st arc. It sounds like a good price. Just be aware that smaller and newer arcs are faster so the experience will only get better.

If someone has a used 15 synergy let me know before i pull the trigger on this......I see Dino has a new 12 real cheap, but summer winds here are usually 12-18 mph......

good entry point and price, kite should damage free , small < golf ball size with tidy repairs, spar tips should not be tattered or pull separations at LE/ front line attachments.

super stable rig , lot o power!
