How much would a professional repair cost if one cell blew out on the external and internal part of a 10m? And who does repairs on here who could help me

For priceing you would have to call/email for a quote. Pictures, if you email, would help the process.

FixMyKite.com/ Prokitesurf have not been named PL Warranty center yet but they are on the list for just about everyone else. Bobby ripped his phantom open on a fence and they repaired it well. Their work is top notch and often cost less than you might guess.

[edit] Upload a pic of the damage, or describe the damage on their web site and they will quote you before you even ship them the kite.

Yes, I would have to show you where the repair is and it is quite professional and guaranteed for the life of the kite. 24" tear on the front and 18" on the back virtually splitting the kite in two. All this through the center vent. He had to take other seams apart to complete the repair. He also moved the inflate zipper to the end from the middle. This is much more visible than the actual repairs, but less noticable than the black zipper on white fabric was from the factory. The kite flies just like an undamaged one and I've had nary a loose thread in a year of flying since.

This is the first inflate after the repair.

I have my repairs done at our local sail shop. If you have one near you they will be best.

+1 for Fixmykite.com - even though they are not (yet) officially recognized as the authorized PL repair center - they are arguably one of the best you can send your kite to. They have done many of the major repairs for our shop and turn around time is very fast. Plus they guarantee the repair for the life of the kite. They are also more than knowledgeable on the Peter Lynn twin skins and also open cell foils - as well as all brands of LEI's.

They actually had the blue fabric in stock for my Phantom as well. Local is great if you have access to people you trust to be professional. Barring that, go to these guys and you won't be disappointed. So they might not be "official" but mine wasn't the first arc they had seen. I have before pics and can do close ups of the repaired areas if demand is high. I just folded it up this am from rinsing the nabx dust off of it.

I'm waiting to hear how my rage will fare there. It was ripped on the underside from bottom across and over the top of the kite.
