Combat???
:drool:BeamerBob - 20-4-2010 at 01:32 PM
Those combats are some powerful kites for sure. I'm also more than a little interested in how those Century II's work out as well. They look racy
but talk about stability. I get along with the combat pretty well, but in the shifty gusty stuff, you don't want something that is right on the
bleeding edge of performance. That cent II might be a good compromise. ARGH! So many great kites to choose from!indigo_wolf - 20-4-2010 at 01:33 PM
Don't know why, but I love this pic:

It's the shiny with the shiny. Wheels, frame, and then the water reflection.cheezycheese - 20-4-2010 at 01:48 PM
what Buggy is that...? one of the Sysmic's...?:eekdrull:mougl - 20-4-2010 at 01:49 PM
Shiney is good!! I may have to get my reactor before JIBE to ensure I don't spend too much there LOLacampbell - 20-4-2010 at 02:00 PM
Yeah that is the hand polished stainless version and with the BFs, close to $3k.
Mine will be in fire engine red (so I don't lose it) with black seat.SCREWYFITS - 20-4-2010 at 02:00 PM

My guess is the Ivanpah buggy...
I test rode the Flexi Scout and enjoyed it a great deal and would like to pick one up as a second bug for freeride/freestyle fun, great for smaller
areas like parks...Maven454 - 20-4-2010 at 02:17 PM
Yeah, that's the stainless steel Ivanpah with the 8" aluminum rims on the back and the 4" aluminum rim on the front.indigo_wolf - 20-4-2010 at 02:17 PM
Actually I prefer the matte stainless that recently became available for the Ivanpah. Still not a purchase that I can justify, but looking is still
free
I think I like the picture because it is an evening/night shot with a lot of black. :singing:

Yeah, the matte stainless is a whole lot cheaper than the polished stainless too.indigo_wolf - 20-4-2010 at 02:21 PM
I think the matte stainless preference might be a left over artificat from time at TX gun shows and shooting ranges.... and yes those are kind of
required if you spend any time living in TX :wink2:

Yup, that's my stainless steel Ivanpah buggy. Those pics were taken right after the KTAI show where the buggy was on display. It had rained earlier
in the day and so we carefully pushed the buggy into the center of some standing water and got some awesome shots of it. The pictures were taken at
our local flying field, the buggy is sitting in the infield of the base ball diamond. Here is some more pics for those wanting to see:
The buggy went through a small change and I installed the Kenda Speedracer tires on it and took it to NABX for everyone to give it a try on the
lakebed. I will have to get some more pics with the wider tires on it as it looks totally AWESOME!WELDNGOD - 20-4-2010 at 05:04 PM
