Reevu MSX1 Helmet with Rearview Mirror

Had to include the second less professional review, because it's so much fun to see someone so stoked by a new toy. :wink2:
And yes, it's sorta spendy...

When I'm riding, I usually try to focus on what's in front of me ... if you need to worry about what's behind you then you're riding too slow flash - 30-4-2010 at 07:36 AM
pshhhhh concussions are cool... what is wrong with you guys!
nah, j/k, after my first BI with subsequent memory loss I always have a brain bucket, and a spare for folks I see riding without one.mougl - 30-4-2010 at 09:11 AM
I use a full face motocross helm for these reasons...indigo_wolf - 30-4-2010 at 10:22 AM

UK company.... hence the accent on the second review. For some reason, they don't have a dealer list page on their website. In their FAQ, they say
you should contact them with your location/region area and they will direct you to a dealer. The blipped onto the radar a few years ago, first model
was less than inspiring, jumped back into the foxhole and did 3-5 of R&D, and resurfaced with a product that is garnering much more favorable
reviews.
I must confess, this one also caught my eye:
Klim F4
Airy goodness to the tune of 41 vents. :o
Zonal Fiber Select Construction with Aerospace Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber and Kevlar
Exceeds Snell M2000, M2005 and U.S. DOT Standards
Included Cold Weather Liner with Gore Windstopper
Apparently, my fondness for platypus extends beyond kites. ;-)

I used to carry a spare helmet and offer it to others.
People were polite and would put it on until I walked away , then took it off again. No one ever took it , wore it and thanked me like I somehow
expected?

Kinda makes you want to get an OBE on vid, just so you could post on failblog! Oh yeah, I've got that vid from last year, getting flipped out of the
buggy by the 2M Beamer in high wind on the runway...Maybe I'll try to post that!:dunno:Drewculous - 5-5-2010 at 06:49 AM
title it OBE Winlad - 5-5-2010 at 07:33 AM
I can envision cheap, mass-produced, nanotechnology/airbag protection someday in the near future.bobalooie57 - 5-5-2010 at 07:47 AM
I used your title, Drew, but not sure if it went to failblog, short, only 6 sec. Shows how fast things can go wrong! Drewculous - 5-5-2010 at 11:04 AM
