Plydoor with Boat

Well, I finally tried it. One face plant encouraged me to try the ski. Cam got up on the door the first try. Took me a few.

Only a couple trys with the Tridoor. LOL. Had to put more stuff in the video or it would be too short.

Got up on the ski the 2nd try. I felt a bit off balance but after 12 years or so I guess thats expected. Teaching a brand new boat driver also. He did good for the first pulling day.

Nothing sounds like a big block! You needed a few more mph on the ski. That door looked perilously close to sinking that front edge. Did it feel like you were going to submarine at any moment?

Yea the door wanted nothing more than to edge under. I'll give it a few more trys now that I know what to expect. That thing is slippery on the water, like it needs a big fin. I hope it will lead me to getting up and going with a kite.

It was gona turn sideways towards the boat no matter what I done.:lol: Maybe next time I'll try and stay directly behind the boat.
Cam had it pointed right on his run and using one hand. The front stayed up but caught under the wake.

Don just handed me the door. I was kind of shocked. He said all he wanted was for me to ride it but I don't know if this way will do.
Maybe he seen the video but I'll get one under a kite one day.

Nothing drinks gas like a big block, LOL I mean sounds. I've had this boat 14 yrs. Never have I seen it go by. So I was running winters gas out and checking things while she got a couple shots of video.

Phree said to be careful and I was trying but a headache was in the cards.

you need a hard/heavy trailing heel and set the edge.............................
