Has anybody done the spring buggy safari starting at Ivanpah Buggy Expo and travelling cross the country to Georgia for Jibe and then picking up what
other get togethers there are.
Am planning a visit for 2011 and am doing my homework now.
Is 6k to dear for 60 days camper hire
Any info greatly appreciated

I plan on doing exactly that in 2011! Rv rental is very dear when considering travel time, fuel, etc so it looks as though I'm going to fly and rent
cars. Found some fair prices on kayak. 2012 may hold a holiday to Aus...hotels will be cheap there...most of my family lives there

Hey mougl, for 2012 keep October free for there is a big buggy get together at a place called Anna Bay which is on northern tip of Stockton Beach just
north of Newcastle
There is a get together there next weekend which I am going to, even guys from Queensland are coming down, will post some pics up afterwards
Should come now AUD has dropped from 93c US to82c US

I wish I could come now...work disagrees with that though. When I do go, I'll be hitting bris and melb primarily (family) but I'm leaving some time
open for a few other choice places as well

Kiting community is pretty good, buggy nuts from melbourne to darwin, so you wont be short of flying partners.
