Guys,
Im on the hunt for some Mountainboard Wheels to ride soft sand dunes with. ?Ive spotted some Orange balloon tyres on the Ballistic TV video below and
am looking for somewhere to source them.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvZd_8pGJNo
Ive got some epic dunes here at my home spot at Foxton Beach, NZ, and wouldnt mind ripping em up with my kites.
Anyone got any ideas?
Im in New Zealand but dont mind shipping em from whereever.
Any help appreciated
Thanks

Those look like Wheeleez $$$ but fun looking http://www.wheeleez.com/

I think the Wheeleez run something like $30-$60 USD per wheel depending on the exact tire and hub you go with.
You might want to contact a rider named "plummet" on www.kitecrowd.com
He's done a fair amount of experimenting with landboarding on sand. Due to the price of the Wheeleez, he went with "granny" (mobility scooter) tires.

Butch-I think Patrick McConnell at MBS was the first to produce/ride the big orange wheels and may have even been one of the riders show in the video
you posted (I've seen some of that footage before). Call MBS and ask there. Cool video, by the way, I've never seen AK on a snowboard before and that
li'l skatepark shredder is insanely talented.
