What's the end goal of the carbon? Light weight? Is carbon flexible? I've always thought it to be brittle. Strong, but brittle.Drewculous - 1-6-2010 at 12:47 PM

from what ive been told, lighter ... its suppose to flex with the impact than return. less bounce?
the technical riders like Barbiebat and Wolfee have jumped with one, since I cant get out until the weekend for a review. From other reports, they
have zero bend, or damage.
dunno what type of carbon they use, but i was expecting that cool carbon weave they use on my $6000 roadbike, guess that stuff is too light for this
application.
next to arrive is the F-Lynn sides, and the carbon d-tube.
