general/universal kite etiquette link, and saying hi again

Hey Guys, sorry I've been off the forum for a while, I've been doing a serious amount of flight training at the almighty University of North Dakota lately (flight instructor certified about 3 weeks ago, anyone interested in more than 50 feet up? :singing:)

But I am hopefully back for a little while longer, and definitely will be in the fall. Getting heavy into the club stuff again were doing a little organizational restructuring.

Since we've grown so much we're building a self-serve page of general rules, etiquette, information, safety, etc. Hoping to eliminate as many occurrences of kite on kite and kite on civilian problems as possible (we all know about those, just posted on kami's thread). If anyone has some good links on this kinda stuff let me know please.

Also hand signals too? we have an unwritten small bank ourselves but they're a little weak (our signal for "need help with my kite" is tapping yourself on the head....which is ironically almost identical to the universal "I'm ok" signal haha not sure how that happened...)

Either way, good times for sure... Already getting my landboard practice on for this snowkite season :tumble:
