finally today was De Day for me. the redbull reps calls and wants to drop something off. im expecting my weekly dose of redbull cans.

in walks Mr.Redbull, with a big box and enjoy and the cases of redbull too.

moral of the story is NEVER give up. Getting a NO answer just means you need to try harder. Find your passion and go for it. I love kiting, its been my lifestyle for many many years. I've submitted five proposals for sponsorship and was denied everytime. So I recently sent in my last one stating my plans for worldcup. Guess they liked what I had to say and how I was going for Canada. Talking with the rep, RB likes to sponsor extreme wacky sports, they arent so much into the mainstream sports. They did mention they would talk to RB USA to get them to come back to NABX ... which I think is cool.

Ive tried Monster in the past but they care more about motorsports and if you aint on TV, you aint getting anywhere.

So if you see PL Vapors with RB logos on them, thats me.

He seems to be having withdrawel issues for sure !

Last weekend , between sessions , Rip did do a ride along with K3 and some other stuff. He even holds the camera boom like a kite bar. Poor Fella' has it bad!

I think What Rip meant was he is done trying to push himself in our local park. It's just too bumpy and crowded.

When the Red Bull finally pushes Rip over the edge and he ends up hijacking heavy equipment and grades the fields at Garry Point to pancake flatness, please take pictures and video.

-talking with RB Canada to speak RB USA underway for NABX. hopefully they send some cute girls like they did last time they were out at NABX (cant remember the year). no need to hunt me down or the hi-jack the fridge. RB will be in CSA_D (sean) vehicle / cooler like last year.

-redbull stickers will be here shortly, so ill pass them around to the local kite dealers / when im at the different events.

-dunno about the helmet, hehehe
I never asked, too much too soon, I guess ... i already had my list of wants so we see what happens.

-im hoping they help me further this sport for both countries.
Redbull's Zeipher-Timsmit Race. they always seem to name their event odd. Zeipher-Timsmit = NABX Speed Week.

So, I apologize for being behind here. Were you already sponsored by Red Bull and they just upped their game and dropped of that awesome mini-fridge? Or did you just get sponsored? Were they really stocking you with redbull every week? I don't know if you can tell but I'm super jealous. :D

Do you have a pic of your Redbull kite? Whatever the case congrats man that is really cool!

I know it's probably not allowed to talk about sponsorship deals, but do you only get a mini fridge and give them the right to screen print your kites? I hope they're givin you some moola to go to the Cup or at least supporting you in some way other then free advertising for them! But who am I kidding.. If Pabst said "we'd like to give you free beer and a fridge to put it in", I'd let them tatto my forehead! haha..
