Drewculous - 16-6-2010 at 11:43 AM
i've had the pure stuff before... 15 or 16 million scoville... pfft! Thats childs play
::edit
This is hot, lol!!
Found it!
someone gave me a sample once... i felt like i was getting an eight ball
It was a very different kind of heat... super intense, but it didnt last long... i'd never drop the money on a bottle, but it makes for a semi
interesting story among chili-heads
mougl - 16-6-2010 at 11:47 AM
7.1m childs play????
I know when I'm outclassed...
*bow*
Drewculous - 16-6-2010 at 11:51 AM
on a fun side note... the chili cook off is on for sure this year... we have a 4'X8' disclaimer absolving us of any adverse health effects, due to the
ingestion of our chili.... and we have all the needed supplies to cook it... latex gloves, respirators, and goggles.... and of course a giant bag of
jolokias
we're thinking of selling shots of milk for a dollar and making some money
mougl - 16-6-2010 at 11:54 AM
Rofl @ milk shots!!!
You'd make a fortune! I LOVE hot stuff but never cooked anything I've needed a respirator for...having second thoughts about that chili @ nabx...
Drewculous - 16-6-2010 at 11:55 AM
dude! I use my respirator all the time
gloves are always at the ready too
mougl - 16-6-2010 at 11:58 AM
Drewculous - 16-6-2010 at 12:01 PM
i need to upgrade to a full face mask tho... sometimes the vapors still get to my eyes... and that my friend, is never good!
Drewculous - 16-6-2010 at 12:15 PM
shoot me some ideas:
What should i call this stuff?
Murder Chili
Liquid Fire
Chili con DEATH!
rocfighter - 16-6-2010 at 12:48 PM
What ever you call it keep it away from me!! :embarrased:
f0rgiv3n - 18-6-2010 at 12:56 PM
to describe the people who eat the chili, why don't you go with "Epic Fail Chili" :eureka:
tsdr8 - 18-6-2010 at 01:04 PM
How about devils butthole! lol....
Hardrock - 18-6-2010 at 06:29 PM
Chili Chili Waa Waa.
I'd go to the Army/Navy store and see what they got. A military gas mask has that spook look.
The filters should be ok for chili, but they dont last long in a chemical environment. Look for the screw on canister filter type if you do something
like that.
The older insert type isn't worth a crap and a pain to replace.
acartier1981 - 19-6-2010 at 10:41 AM
I don't know about the respirator, but latex gloves are always a must, don't know how many times I have rubbed my eyes after cutting up habeneros
without thinking about it till its too late, lol. The only thing I have founfd that gets it completely off is paint thinner, :flaming:
How bout Beans and Brimstone
rocfighter - 19-6-2010 at 01:43 PM
You guys are all wacked!!! But it's fun to read about it.
mougl - 19-6-2010 at 01:53 PM
Whacked? Or stupid? Tomato/tomahto...
Maybe we are a couple short of a 6pack but man, the burn is soooo good!
Drewculous - 14-7-2010 at 08:55 AM
so the cook off is saturday...
still havent pinned down a name... leaning towards Demons Wrath (or Devil/Satan's Wrath) for the red chili.. my white entry is a turkey based, it'll
be toasty, but not weapons grade hot... leaning towards Casper's Bully
the best part so far... i called the guy running the cook off, just to make sure i could make it hot, and he told me "the hotter the better, the hot
stuff usually goes pretty quick, but no one usually makes it hot"
:evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil:
ROFLMFAO!!!!
he dont know me very well do he???
sunset-Jim - 14-7-2010 at 09:10 AM
