bobalooie57 - 27-6-2010 at 05:03 AM

 I work with a lady in her 60's who will wear nothing but 'toe socks'. Often in rainbow color's!

edit: er, well, she wears her work uniform also (thank deities), but is very proud of her 'toe socks'!!

cheezycheese - 27-6-2010 at 05:21 AM

Bob, you should get a pair to match your NPW... :bigok:

bobalooie57 - 27-6-2010 at 06:16 AM

Well,if they had the 'five fingers' in lime green, you know me, I'd want!

rocfighter - 27-6-2010 at 06:53 AM

My daughter would love those things. She wears toe socks when ever she can. Myself I can't handle anything between my toes. I can't even wear flip flops!!
Is that wierd ?:frog:

...1st time I saw them and they appeared to work well for him for protection and grip.

pigryder - 27-6-2010 at 03:36 PM

Yo Cheezy,

Ive been wearing mine for a few months now and they have changed my life, I know some of you will laugh but think of it this way:
Put your hands in mittens..... now think of your shoes..... yes they are mittens for your feet. I can honestly tell that my balance, posture, agility, and the strength of my feet have changed drastically for the better. The first pair was my Flows the grey ones, then I got the KSO Treks and I love them so much, I wear them everyday and cant stand putting my feet in shoes unless Im on the board on on my motorcycles. Theyre not a good idea if your feet need protection because its like being bare foot. You can feel the coolness of grass, the texture of dirt and climbing rocks is unreal. I bought my wife a pair of classics and she loves them! She wears them working out, to the store or just about anywhere. The looks and comments you get are the best part. I wore my Flows at obx a week ago and were awesome! Well worth the money guys

Any trouble with dromodosis (stinkfoot according to Frank Zappa) with these things?

Hardrock - 28-6-2010 at 12:28 PM

Don't know what the technical names for the materials actually are.

If it were neoprene, they would get terrible stinky, but I guess its not.

Dive boots for open heel fins get terrible. Your in water plus rinse and dry yet still stink.

My daughter would alsoMaybe I'll get her some f love a pair of these, or a birthday gift.

Still don't think I could strut around in em.:lol:

pigryder - 28-6-2010 at 12:33 PM

None, although I do wear injinji socks with my treks but they're supposed to be inpregnated with something to fight odor, lets put it this way if my wifes vibrams dont stink which they dont, there must be something in there to fight it :ticking:
