Man are you realy tall? I saw your video and you don't look that heavy. My cousin is 300+ but he is also 6'11"

KEEP GOING!

i started a mean workout schedule and changed all of my eating habits after christmas... and i like it... once it starts falling off you'll be addicted!

good job man!

6'2" if I've got my ' and " in the right places  never been a light weight, even when I was in super-fit air force trim ... I seem to remember being ~90kg when I demobed and we were running 10km before breakfast and after dinner without thinking too much about it and hitting the gym in between :ticking: what I would give to send a message through time ... "Ditch the girlfriend and stay at the gym!"

My favourite pair of jeans that I bought just a few months back no longer fit - they sorta bunch up round the waist and the legs are so long I can hardly walk without tripping over  time to go diving through the cupboard and hope I find some REALLY OLD pairs of jeans ...! The thing that bothers me ... the big belly is now wobbly flesh and squidges out the top of my harness :embarrased:

You might have to buy some more kites to deal with your new "weightlessness".......
