Is Flysurfer-USA on holiday or attending an event? I sent an inquiry to them via their website form and when I did not hear from them, I sent a
duplicate copy directly to their email address.
It's been several days and I still haven't heard from them.
Luckily, I'm in Virginia and while it's a long drive (about 4 hours) I could manage the drive down to Virginia Beach where they are listed as
residing.
Their contact address, however, is a private residence. Can anyone confirm that Flysurfer USA has a retail store?
Are there other vendors who carry the Flysurfer products in the US?
Thanks for your help.

They are probably a distributor located at that address. Dealers / and they / may also sell the product.

John at powerzonekitesports.......authorized Flysurfer-USA retail and repair center........................
powerzone - 9-7-2010 at 08:56 AM
the answer is yes, He is probably in the warehouse orgainzing kites, or out doing demos, or at an event, etc....
Flysurfer-USA/Ted is an extremely busy guy.... he might be difficult to reach, but it is usually worth the wait when you do get ahold of him.... he
always tries to hook people up and get them what they need. Being the USA importer for Flysurfer and Spleene products, he has quite a challenge to
keep everyone happy: dealers, reps, and customers.
Is there anything i can help you with?
Questions? Tuning? Repairs? Kites? Boards? .... although I am on the other side of the Country... I am eager to help.
feel free to call and/or email.... i'll be sure and get back to you.

have you tried kiteforum? i think he is a member of that forum.
sparkin_larkin - 11-7-2010 at 06:32 AM
Yea
You have to send out an APB to reach Ted B. He is a nice guy but is usually busy. Reaching retail is much easier. Yes he does chime in to kiteforum.

I was in contact with Flysurfer USA twice in the last week. Really helpful and informative. They answered my questions promptly. Sent me to Flysurfer
Canada when I asked for a demo, but that's for obvious reasons. I'm sure that they will answer your questions soon enough. Give them another week and
try again. If not John aka Powerzone will definitely be the guru to talk to.

Depending on what you are looking for, there is lots of great knowledge available.
Ted is a great guy to work with, but he works on his own schedule. It can be a bit frustrating, but he does generally get back to folks. As mentioned
above, he is very very busy.
Let us know how we can help you. Best of luck.
