Oh no, they just said he was a local Navy SEAL:oWELDNGOD - 16-7-2010 at 03:13 PM
Apparently 2 of them did it together. Last year a group of base jumpers jumped off a TV tower and 1 of them clipped a high power line and killed
power to a lot of people. They got away and never got caught. I sure hope it wasn't any of the SEALs I have worked with in the last few yrs. Those
guys are CRAZY, and I sure am glad they are on our side.
really sad day in the NAVY community. I'm sure this will make the national news.silvereaglekiter - 16-7-2010 at 03:24 PM
I have worked on the tower he jumped off of 1000 ft + tv towers are one
thing but that tower is under 300 ft, at that height there is no time to deploy any thingWELDNGOD - 16-7-2010 at 03:34 PM
1 guy made it. but the military will fry his butt nowsilvereaglekiter - 16-7-2010 at 03:43 PM

While watching the video, I was thinking that.... too high to escape injury, to low to properly deploy.... bad combo.
