what type of harness should I use for my caution spitfire 2006 8m :wee:

I love my Mystic Warrior waist/seat, I use it as a waist for boarding and a seat for the buggy. I'm pretty sure that Angus has a waist only one on clearance right now. sz Lg

so does any harness kite and spreader bar work together

I think there might be a few exceptions, but generally your retailer should be able to confirm compatibility.

Seems like a moot point with the Warrior, which seems to include the spreader and spreader pad.

Sam

There is no universal standard for webbing strap and spreader bar webbing slot width, so that is about the only thing to check. Even with the same manufacturer, these can change over time.

Like any sportswear it depends on the brand and how they run. In a Mystic you would take Large.

If by "harness kite" you ment any kite that you it would need a harness for then, yes 99% of time yes it's "Any spreader bar, any kite".

Yes you need a harness to fly any depower kite, no mater what you are doing with it.

Depends on the kite. If it's de-power, you need a harness.

But more important - and don't take this the wrong way- if it's for your caution spitfire and you have to ask, then you absolutely need lessons or you will get hurt.

When you get lessons form a certified instructor, everything will be sorted out clearly for you. We are happy to help here, but we can't be a substitute for proper hands-on instruction.
