We could learn alot by riding on your kite every day. Keep em coming!:bigok:PHREERIDER - 8-8-2010 at 02:47 PM
pretty smooth so far
the mount on the strut is integrated so its always ready .
just ghave to keep it charged and ready.
the biggest hurdle is the edit arcsoft seems clunky. but MAC imovie is my back up.
as soon as the tides are favorable i'll get land/water session combo feature.Kamikuza - 8-8-2010 at 05:53 PM

How's the original quality at 1080p ( before upload to youtube)? I saw the kodak playsport at Sam's club just the other day. was thinking about
purchasing it. At about $130 , it's a steal compared to the GoPro HD.rdavis - 11-8-2010 at 10:27 AM

I've got two Kodak ZxD cameras (got em super cheap) and let me tell ya, they look excellent in HD 720p 60fps. The Playsport is the more robust version
of mine (water proof and has image stabilization). For the price, especially compared to the GoProHD (which I also have), you can't go wrong. I'll
probably be picking up a playsport sometime in the future.
Great vid by the way PHREERIDER. Any chance you can give a little detail on the mount you mentioned? A picture perhaps?PHREERIDER - 11-8-2010 at 10:55 AM
thanks, sure i'll get it on , i have no excuse now. basically 2-3"wide elastic band goes around unit and bungee corded to strut with some plastic
tube sleeves to keep things off the buttons.
nice little unit (camera) button interference had to be considered. $140+30 (4G card)
small, quick and easy.
arcsoft not the champion software , but for basic needs its fine, i'm know there's better,, imovie will be my go to for the next stuff.van - 11-8-2010 at 07:47 PM
Looks like I will be visiting Sam's Club soon. I was thinking about making a nice little case like the ones you use for a phone. The case can then
be easily velcroed to the kite or strap to a helmet. I have some old phone case I can mod :bouncy:Hardrock - 14-8-2010 at 07:20 AM
I should have not watched that.
I was close to accepting the fact that there is just no wind and started focusing on projects for awhile.
Now twisted and torn again.
Very nice video tho.
The way you was kicking it across the waves, you might be able to tow another rider.
