I expect you could get rolling around 15mph but agree you will need closer to 20 to get moving without struggling.

I was thinking much the same which is good with a 12m Phantom soon on board this one should pickup when the Phantom gets a bit too
much.................and it makes for a good "trainer" kite with the inflatable crowd.........................

YES,
I keep my 2.5 Profoil in the bag for exactly those resons. I know my 4.5 Bullet was very well designed for high winds I have to expect the 2.5 Bullet
would be ideal for those ultra high winds.
At that point it is just a survival game and the LAST thing I want is to get lifted. The profoil is awsome that way. I always feel safe under it ! I
started with a 1.5 profoil and was very disapointed with the snappy little power spurts. At 2.5 the kite flies like a kite rather than a bee.
