Nothing to new here for most of you.....but I felt compelled to share my first scuds with my friends. The scuds are courtesy of a Peter Lynn Twister
7.7 provided by Big Mikes Kites.
What a thrill!! I remember a few months back when a 4m felt like too much. Now I just want more!!!

Thanks...that was before the month of no rain here in south Texas. It was wet to so I got to cheat a little. Great fun though.....
I wish you guys were here to enjoy with!!!

It is good to get in the practice of walking back with the kite off to one side. If a gust hits it is far easier to control. At zenith you can get
lofted with that kite pretty easy ! ( I'm starting to miss mine )
If you don't have a harness it would be a good next investment !
It's great to see a video.
Keep having FUN !

I do have a harness....I am just still a little conservative about hooking into it with that kite. It has got some serious ummmpphhh!!!
Even at the edge I have gotten in a bind trying to hold it back...course it was gusting about 15 that night...I am trying to take it easy with it but
I have already been snatched off of the ground.
Very fun and LOTS of lift!! It was hard to believe the difference in pull at the zenith!
