I have several shape kites I'd like to try to fly on one line. Are there any suggestions as to what order (i.e. biggest first, smallest first? etc)
they should be attached. And secondly, what is the best way to secure them so they all fly well.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Impossible to answer without knowing what type of kites you are trying to chain together. Are they single line, double line or quad line, power
kites (LEI, ram air foils?), framed kites, etc........

The rule of thumb for us that fly foil, twin skin and LEI is a larger size for lower wind but we are looking for power from our kites.
I think with single line the rules change and it has more to do with weighting the tail etc.?
OOPS Now I see what you are asking.
Out of my scope but I'm sure more info or photos will be required.

As a rule of thumb, you fly the big ones at the top and work your way down in size as you descend on the line. If you have a small sled than you can
only fly what it will hold up, if it is a large sled you can fly more or larger one liners.
The large kites at the top and then decrees in size as you get closer to the ground looks better than the big one that couldn't get off the ground.
I use a small carabeaner with a few wraps of the line through the beaner. Any way you want to fly them is OK, just remember, you have to bring them
down in the end.
I hate it when the wind dies and I didn't catch the 1st half of the kites land before they piled up back in the dunes.
