hi alex,
firstly the blades are top end kites and have lots of pull and tremendous amounts of lift for the 4.9 you will need to no what you are doing and have good flying skills ( intermediate level as a minimum) :o 4 metre blade III will produce more pull and lift and fly alot quicker than a 5.0metre beamer which is twice the size of the kite that you already own. all iam trying to say is these are very very powerful kites and can be dangerous in the wrong hands . a friend of mine took a bladeIII 4.0metre out and broke his collar bone on his first flight so think about it before you buy i would hate to see you get hurt or find that the kite is to much for you its alot of money to waste if you havent been flying long maybe a 3.6 beamer may be agood step a good kite and not as much cash to splash. have fun but play safe buddy

Regards rickenma

Heya i'm in the same position as you alex being 15 with a 2.5beamer but weighing 65kg means like you not big enough. I've been told to look towards the 5m beamer and the peterlynn pepper, but if i had the money would deff go for the blade or possibly a large bullet. The beamer and pepper are both fantastic value for money for there size. It is deff recomended to try out different kites and see which one u prefer the most.

And most of all if u go big go padded.

Let me know how u get on angus
