at the very beginning ...need help

Hi all:singing:

i don t know a lot about kite surfing, but i would like to learn it. my problem is that i have no glue about what size of kite i need. i love good equipment, so what would be a very good kite, board? what else do i need to go out there?:o
what size of kite do i need (i am 6,2 (189cm) my weight is 91kg)

i would be very nice if u can help me...thx

my advice is to first go learn the basics (IKO lvl 1) at a school.
There they will explain to you anything you like about the gear.
Kite and board depend on wait, and you should also take into account the length of the lines.

i already booked a week at a school at Porugal. but i am pretty sure about buying one after this week. i just want have a first expression how much money i have to spend,to get very good stuff!?

can u make me a setup of very good equipment??

The school should have equipment for you to use. I wouldn't buy anything till after the lessons. You'll have a better understanding of what you need after the lessons, and the instructors will point you in the right direction.

hiya guys,

Im in the same position really. Ive just bought my first kite, have stumbled my way through into being able to keep it in the air doing a figure of 8 thing, and don't really know how to progress into flying compentently before strapping mysefl to something that moves. Any simple suggestions of what i could try to master? or tricks i could try? Ive got a flexifoil 2 line and don't quite have the jaargon down yet.
