Curious as to the launch mishap. Did the kite surge to the edge of the window, tip clap and then bowtie? Couldn't see what happened, but have
noticed a difference when launching chargers versus older arcs and I haven't quite figured out what to do yet when that happens except yell every bad
word in my vocabulary.carltb - 15-9-2010 at 11:03 AM
the launch was down to not enough inflation. i fully inflated the kite as i was setting it up but between getting my helper and launching, the high
winds had forced alot of the air out of the kite. usually when this happens i just pull the bar in to flare out the kite, which allows the inlet
vents to fill the kite up, but on this occasion the kite was over powering me with the bar in, so i let it out and thats when it bowtied.. flyjump - 15-9-2010 at 12:07 PM
I love seeing the raw videos mishaps and all. The wind was so high 30-38! I bet you had a smile on your face during that session. Winds like that give
me the butterflies because anything could happen, epic session or disaster. Sick video Carl!Txshooter38 - 15-9-2010 at 03:31 PM
