Bad...... to the bone.... that thing is slick. You had that thing booS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-n at one point. Great video.

PHREERIDER - 28-9-2010 at 05:03 AM

THAT was cool.

looks like it was too tight to turn it.

like a huge dirt surfer . do you think you could make one with a gimbal/gyro steer?

flyguy0101 - 28-9-2010 at 06:30 AM

Great video, i like the bike cant wait to see it in person, on a side note who was the boarder? do you have a new local kiter?

revpaul - 28-9-2010 at 09:05 AM

nice...built it yo-self too?! right on.
looks fun.

BTW-note to others- PL makes accessories to convert 3 wheel buggy into 2 wheel bike

shehatesmyhobbies - 28-9-2010 at 10:17 AM

Donnie that was Awesome. I felt my self leaning over to help you steer several times. LOL Looks like you got your self another bad boy toy!

popeyethewelder - 28-9-2010 at 10:42 AM

Nice one WG....you done well for the first time out

WELDNGOD - 28-9-2010 at 01:53 PM

Glad you guys like it! I LOVE it!:wee:
@ Phree , The rideable part of my beach is real narrow, so turn arounds are impossible, but the runs between turn point to turn point are AWESOME . And it reminds me of a dirtsurfer too. Sure I can, if you can draw it ,I can build it.

@ Rich , the leanin' is to counter the pull of the kite, you steer it by pushing out slightly on the side you want to go to. You never lean a motorcycle to turn it ,you PUSH out on the handlebars and the bike w fall to that side. The harder you push ,the further over it will go. It is called "the racers edge" and once learned you can take turns at unbelievable speeds, but you're layed way over. (Used to road race motorcycles in the mid 80s, illegally of course. I do not condone this now, but it is what it is.) Getting going is the wierd part.

@ Scott , Yeah , one day when I was leavin , these 2 dudes just appeared carryin kites and a landboard. I thought the heat was gettin' to me, but they were real!
So now I got a bud to text when I'm headin out. He's a member of PKF now goes by "whodat757" I believe . Real cool dude, I'm gonna get him hooked on buggies:o

@PTW Carl, thanks dude, comin from you that means alot. Once I got it goin, I was all over it.

WELDNGOD - 28-9-2010 at 02:44 PM

just for the record it weighs 77 lbs.

shehatesmyhobbies - 28-9-2010 at 03:47 PM

Donnie I used to ride myself. Had a GSXR 1100 worked over. Know all about the "pushing". It was more like a xbox 360 lean! LOL

Glad you are loving it!
