How can you have a negative number of post replies...?

Seanny - 20-11-2010 at 06:45 PM

No, really! How?? I know it sounds dumb but I have no idea. :p

Seanny

Software glitch ... just add one.

Seanny - 20-11-2010 at 07:00 PM

:o But there's some with -3. How many do I add then?

Brain overloaded with mathematical equations :puzzled:

It's just another way Big Brother is keeping you down! :flaming:

Magic. The real question is how many times is that going to be asked by new people who can't use the search function?

Seanny - 20-11-2010 at 07:21 PM

I had no idea that this has been asked before. I thought there was something I was missing :D

Yeah, the search function (or lack of search function) is funny.

Seanny

What do you mean lack of? The link for it is right there at the top.

I too have found this search box to be less than helpful most of the time, unless I can recall the post-person. I have searched the for sale section on kites that I recall were listed, but have not been able to find them, etc. Maybe I'm not using it correctly, I'm self admitted luddite.:spin:

The negative number of posts is a just a hole in the fabric of time-space continuum and eventually gets stitched up.

For searches, use Google; it indexes PKF better than PKF does. Just use "power kite forum" as keywords along with whatever topic you are searching on and you will get a bulls-eye hit.

bobalooie57 - 21-11-2010 at 07:39 AM

Google, bwahahahahaha, knows all, sees all! Thanks,AC. I mostly forget to search, too, just too stubborn to ask!

Seanny - 21-11-2010 at 10:16 AM

I always just use Google; I've never been able to get the Search function to work. After about three different tries on three different attempts, I realized it probably wasn't going to work.

Do you think if the tear gets big enough, it will rip open and all life and matter as we know it will be decimated in the PKF black hole? :o

Cheers,
Seanny

What a wild ride that would be.

There has been some discussion about the black hole , search "addiction" and "obsession" try not to get lost.

the backhole for all things usable ...gets eaten right here.

i am challenged with the search thing as well. about every couple months i give it try and end up in a tangent frenzy and eventually forget i was in the search thing to begin with and go to the "days" in the posting display and fly through a chronological mental moment and find it in a serial fashion, very quick page image thing in my head, not quite as fast as google but satisfying
